The program culminates in preparation of an Inclusive Leadership Action Plan — under the guidance of a high level certified executive coach — which makes this training more personalized, practical, and useful than training programs that don’t have this feature. (See coaches).

The content focuses on strategy, communication, and influence which is tailored to and is more important for the vice president level executives and above than for mid and lower levels professionals.
